Talking Downton at Kent House Knightsbridge with Julian Fellowes

Talking Downton at Kent House Knightsbridge with Julian Fellowes

This month we were delighted to welcome The Lord Fellowes of West Stafford (more commonly known to us as Julian Fellowes, the author of Downton Abbey) to Kent House Knightsbridge.

Interviewed by Tania Bryer, Lord Fellowes was the honoured guest at a Gala Dinner, where he entertained guests with talk of Downton, politics and how he proposed to his wife! As a historic venue Kent House Knightsbridge was the perfect backdrop for a Downton theme and all it needed was simply styling with swathes of ivy and clusters of candelabra throughout. A silent auction was held during the evening with highlights including the prize of a guitar lesson with Mark Ronson and a signed guitar.
