Our venue is just a five minute walk from Knightsbridge tube station and is situated on a secluded and secure road opposite Hyde Park, one of the largest and loveliest of London’s Royal Parks. Our super-exclusive location is home to high-end restaurants and shops, including the iconic Harrods department store as well as leading cultural venues such as the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Albert Hall.

The blend of historic ambience and modern facilities make it equally well suited to a range of corporate events including receptions, gala dinners, AGMs, award ceremonies, conferences, fashion shows and product launches.

History that dates back to George III

Kent House Knightsbridge is a corporate events venue with a rich and royal history. It was originally owned by Queen Victoria’s father and later became a remarkable Salon in the 1930s where leading musicians, dancers and actors of the time would meet and be entertained.

The venue stylishly combines historical elegance with the intimacy of a private house and boasts many beautiful period features including ornate cornicing, marble floors, a sweeping staircase and skylight, and large floor to ceiling windows providing the perfect backdrop to your event.

Whilst Kent House Knightsbridge holds an enormous amount of history, it also provides a neutral and elegant backdrop, allowing the brand or product to hold the spotlight.

Beautiful spaces including outside terraces

Kent House Knightsbridge is private, discreet and exclusive to clients, allowing events to unfold over two floors and four large spacious rooms – all suitable to be transformed for different purposes. Clients use our Marble Hall for registration or a reception space before being directed up our grand staircase to the Sanctuary for conferences, meetings, press days, fashion shows and evening receptions or dinners.

The space, with its natural light, lends itself beautifully to events with an easy flow around the venue. All rooms are fully equipped to meet a/v and wireless internet requirements. Exclusive hire means you won’t have to worry about your event being disturbed.

Flexible event spaces

The house is split across two floors and can host 300 guests. There are 5 key spaces available for exclusive hire. The largest space is The Sanctuary which can takes 300 guests standing, 200 for a seated dinner or 220 theatre style. The room which is long and neutral can also be divided into two for flexibility. Downstairs there are 3 areas; the Marble Hall which is perfect for greeting guests and registration along with the Library and Rutland Room which are great break out spaces or brand activation areas.

The historic splendour of our magnificent Victorian townhouse offers a distinctive working environment far removed from the often predictable surroundings of other venues.

Seasonal & sustainable catering

We work with a range of London’s leading caterers to provide indulgent cuisine to suit a variety of tastes and requirements. We can provide a variety of catering options for your conference as well as providing private dinners and receptions. The elegance of the black and white Marble Hall provides the perfect setting for welcoming guests with drinks and canapés, whilst with its high ceilings and stylish decor, the Sanctuary is perfect for receptions and seated dinners.
