Showstopper is a journey through Hollywood’s golden decades, where every entrance and every moment is designed to make your people feel extraordinary. From 1930s Golden Age elegance to a 1950s Awards Show, culminating in a Studio 54 style finale that will have your dancefloor packed until midnight. This is the Christmas party your team will talk about long after.
The experience begins with a 1930s Hollywood red-carpet arrival, setting a glamorous tone from the moment guests arrive. The evening then moves into the heart of the event: a 1950s-inspired dinner with the option of a bespoke Awards Show, where companies can host their own Oscars-style ceremony to celebrate their people, achievements and milestones in a fun, theatrical way. The night finishes with a high-energy 1970s Studio 54 inspired afterparty, complete with disco lighting, DJ and dancefloor.
Act I — The Arrival: 1930s Hollywood Golden Age Elegance
A sweeping Hollywood spotlight illuminates the façade as your guests arrive. Velvet ropes line the red carpet, while lanterns cast a warm art deco glow. Live jazz fills the air as vintage Christmas films flicker silently in the background. Pure cinematic nostalgia.
Inside, signature cocktails inspired by 1930s screen legends set the tone. Tonight, everyone is treated like a star. Set the stage with timeless, unforgettable glamour.

Act II — The Show: 1950s & The Corporate Awards Ceremony
Ascend the grand red staircase into a dining room transformed with warm amber lighting, monochrome accents and mid-century elegance. Here, dinner is the show, but the awards ceremony is the highlight. Your team have the option to take center stage with their own Oscars of the Night, celebrating achievements, milestones and moments that deserve the spotlight.
Choose a fully immersive ceremony complete with vintage presentation envelopes, a themed presenter and professional MC, cinematic lighting and music cues, and audience participation with standing ovations. Whether you opt for the full awards show or an elegant dinner-only experience, Act II is designed to honor your people in style.
Optional Entertainment
Add showgirls and showboys for meet-and-greets, vintage telephone flappers for playful interaction, a chandelier contortionist for a sparkling spectacle, or glitter brusherettes for to give your team a pre-Oscars glow-up for their big moment.
Act III — The Afterparty: 1970s Studio 54 Disco, Decadence & Dancefloor Energy
Then, the night transforms. The reveal swings open to unveil Studio 54 in all its disco-drenched glory. Neon lights bleeding through haze, glitter balls spinning overhead and a dancefloor already pulsing with energy. Our Evolve DJ drops the first beat, and the formality melts away. The elegance of Acts I and II gives way to pure, unapologetic celebration. Your package includes a reception cocktail, beer, wine & soft drinks for the duration of your party, along with atmospheric lighting, event management from our award winning team, fully staffed cloakroom, security, £10 million public liability insurance.
Guests arrive at 7.00pm and depart at 12.00am. Extensions available upon request.
Prices start from £157.00 per person plus VAT.

The transformation of Kent House Knightsbridge into a Vintage Circus was fabulous. The venue is stunning and the added décor and lighting created a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.
The whole evening was spectacular, but we really loved the show stopping dessert station and of course the stilt walkers and the magician who got everyone mingling.

Memorable moments across a full day event
Finding a venue that could host our annual conference in the day with our Christmas Party in the evening was a real challenge so we were delighted when we discovered Kent House Knightsbridge.
The transformation from conference mode to a Vintage Circus evening reception and dinner party was impressive and our staff loved seeing the venue change.
Everyone had a wonderful time and the entertainment was a real talking point with the aerial lollipop performance being a stand-out moment, though the chocolate hot dogs were pretty memorable too!
